Simple Shrimp Dinner

We keep the Kirkland frozen fully cooked, tail-off shrimp as a staple, using in omelets, entrees and on frozen pizza. For instance:

Simple frozen shrimp dinner

Two handfuls shrimp (thaw in running water)
1/2 onion chopped
2 sticks celery chopped
Sauté in olive oil

Add I can tomatoes and chiles (I buy in multiple-can pack from Costco)
Heat to simmer
Season to taste with salt, pepper and tobasco

Serve over rice.

Simple and quick.
